Rams Cleaning Services Ltd was established 12 years ago in September 1998. Rams Cleaning Services prides itself on our reliability and ability to provide a 100% quality assured service and has formed many long lasting relationships with customers ranging from small to medium enterprises and government agencies.

In February 2005 Rams Cleaning Services Ltd launched its new group of companies which is now known as Rams Group of Companies Ltd referred herein as RGC.  Under this group there are 7 divisions which include:

• Rams Carpet Cleaning
• Rams Janitorial Supplies
• Rams Hygiene Services
• Rams Domestic & Commercial Water Blasting Services
• Rams Pest Control
• Rams Lawn mowing

RGC performance in the past years has been so significant and consistent that the company now has over 200 contracts to deliver which cover a vast area over metropolitan Auckland.

RGC has a Comprehensive Management Plan and agree to submit this if we are successful in the tender process.  This plan details how we intend to manage and deliver the contract in areas including Contract Management, Quality Plan, Health & Safety, Environmental Plan.

RGC employs full time, part time and subcontracting staff for its cleaning services.  RGC treats all members of its team as equal and expects them to follow all in house procedures and processes whether they are employed staff or sub contractors.  RGC has a comprehensive induction procedure that is carried out on all new employees and sub contractors.

At RGC we pride ourselves on ensuring that each job is carried out to our highest standard and have a comprehensive Quality Plan in place.  RGC philosophy in regard to work standard is to get it right the first time, every time so we expect the level of work to be 100% quality assured.

RGC Health & Safety record is of an industry standard we are proud of, and the entire RGC team is committed to ensuring the organisations health & safety plan is continually reviewed and all activities are carried out in full compliance with the plan. The directors of RGC take the management of Health & Safety risk very seriously and no part of our business carries a higher weighting that the Health & Safety of our staff, sub contractors, customers and the general public.

Our Environmental Plan ensures that RGC is committed to looking after the environment we live and work in and outlines how we intend to implement our policies and ensure staff and sub contractors understand, support and comply with these policies.

RGC is in a position where we can perform to a high level with a contract of this nature and are ready to enhance and move forward in partnership with the Association to improve on the existing services by utilising our extensive knowledge and expertise in the cleaning industry.
